01 Engage Phase.
Building the Brand Together.
We worked with Avail and a few of its “champion clients” to focus on who they were, what made their clients happy and what they did better than its competition. Some of these phrases and verbal insights will be used later in marketing materials. After we gained some key branding insights, we then focused on brand visuals. Working together, we reviewed hundreds of images, colors, fonts and icons to gain an understanding of what its “style” could be.
02 Impact Phase.
Crafting a Meaningful Message and Visuals.
Using the images, colors and fonts selected, we then developed 3 logos to choose from. The final logo was built to give a high-tech vibe, and the font was hand-built. The dot in Avail’s “i” became a location dot – representing the pinpoint bus location service that some of its software provides. The phrase “Enhance Your Rider’s Experience” was a direct quote from one of Avail’s leading clients, casually used during the Discovery Phase.
03 Implement Phase.
Complete Fulfillment of the Creative into the Marketplace.
From business cards to advertisements to a 16-foot-tall trade show booth, we implemented the new brand into the target market.
